Ta je toti\u017e nejednou tou jedinou mo\u017enost\u00ed, je\u017e se nab\u00edz\u00ed i n\u011bkomu takov\u00e9mu. A to proto, \u017ee &#8211; se za ni nemus\u00ed platit nic p\u0159edem, &#8211; jsou tu p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 \u00faroky, &#8211; nemus\u00ed tu nezbytn\u011b vadit n\u00edzk\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edjmy, je\u017e se tu velice snadno dokl\u00e1daj\u00ed, &#8211; tu nen\u00ed na p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eku t\u0159eba ani n\u011bjak\u00fd ten z\u00e1znam v registrech dlu\u017en\u00edk\u016f, &#8211; nemus\u00ed vadit ani jin\u00e9 dluhy \u010di dokonce exekuce. Sta\u010d\u00ed, aby m\u011bl takov\u00fd \u017eadatel vhodnou nemovitost na na\u0161em \u00fazem\u00ed, j\u00ed\u017e by se mohl nebankovn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti za p\u016fj\u010den\u00e9 pen\u00edze zaru\u010dit, respektive aby znal n\u011bkoho, kdo by se za n\u011bj zaru\u010dil nemovitost\u00ed svou, a nad mnoh\u00fdmi negativy se tu d\u00e1 p\u0159imhou\u0159it oko. \u010clov\u011bk si tu m\u016f\u017ee za\u017e\u00e1dat p\u0159es internet, tedy vyplnit jednoduch\u00fd formul\u00e1\u0159 na webu a zaslat e-mailem n\u011bkolik sn\u00edmk\u016f zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 nemovitosti k ohodnocen\u00ed, a pak u\u017e jenom dohodnout se z\u00e1stupcem spole\u010dnosti vhodn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky, v\u0161e se dolo\u017e\u00ed a z\u00e1hy po podpisu smlouvy m\u00e1 doty\u010dn\u00fd pen\u00edze na sv\u00e9m \u00fa\u010dtu.  A t\u00edm p\u0159ednosti t\u00e9to p\u016fj\u010dky je\u0161t\u011b ani zdaleka nekon\u010d\u00ed. Tato m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt toti\u017e spl\u00e1cena i po velice dlouhou dobu, klidn\u011b i po dlouh\u00fdch t\u0159icet let, splatit lze ale v\u0161e i p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b a bez poplatk\u016f, poskytuje se a\u017e sedmdes\u00e1t procent hodnoty on\u00e9 nemovitosti, co\u017e mohou b\u00fdt klidn\u011b i nemal\u00e9 pen\u00edze. Co\u017e jsou ide\u00e1ln\u00ed podm\u00ednky, na n\u011b\u017e se \u010dlov\u011bku vyplat\u00ed vsadit.
